Positive, Spacious room with a garden view. Heated pool was a plus for morning swims. The buffet breakfast was tasty and reasonably priced.

The location is quite far from the city center!!! It’s a hassle to find decent food without getting a cab. The noise from hallway interactions in the evenings can be disturbing!!! The fitness center could use some modern equipment!!!

plaza camelinas is such a nice hotel! the rooms are spacious and super clean, and the pool area is just lovely. the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. i really enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet with plenty of fresh options and the amazing outdoor garden.

The lobby steals the show with its beautiful decor. I loved the breakfast. the buffet offered fresh fruit, tasty pastries, and a solid egg station that produced excellent omelets. The room I stayed in, a King Room, had a comfortable bed and effective air conditioning, perfect after a day out. However, the room had some issues. There was a strange smell upon arrival, and the chair was broken, leaning awkwardly to one side. getting to nearby restaurants felt inconvenient, as access to the hotel was obstructed due to the work. This noise pollution affected my sleep a couple of times.

With an inviting atmosphere, breakfast choices were ample,, and the outdoor garden was lovely and well-kept. Valet services were efficient and the staff accommodating.

Fabulous garden ambiance and nice pool area.

I had an amazing experience with the spacious double room that overlooked the garden, and the breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious and a fantastic deal. The only setback was the time it took to get to the pool area sometimes.

Just a fine choice for a holiday in Queretaro with incredible value for money. The omelet station at breakfast was a delicious surprise and well-made. Make sure to check out the options on the buffet for great food.

The whole vibe of this place was really nice. Our room was super spacious with comfy beds and a lovely garden view. The breakfast buffet was a hit, especially the fresh fruit! Just wished the elevator was a bit quicker since it got busy. Overall, had a fantastic time here!
